DONOVAN by Donovan Cooke Restaurant is Modern European Restaurant known for it's best sustainable dishes with the seasonal ingredients to his monthly menu changes.

Featuring a modern interior design and a relaxed atmosphere, Donovan offers a main dining area with seating for 20 and private rooms that can accommodate four to eight guests. The menu is thoughtfully curated with a rotating selection of eight courses, showcasing the best of each season's produce.

Born in Hull, North of England on the East coast in 1968 Donovan’s fondest memories are that of him eating fish and chips with mushy peas every Friday with his Nana who worked at a Fish and chips shop for 50 years. He became interested in cooking around 15 years of age and went to work at the BP Chemicals industrial canteen and paid himself to go to school one day a week. When he started cooking, he could remember everything he was shown, and realized straight away that this was the life he wanted.
